All-New Bentley Continental GT Details Released

Bentley has at last released full details of their luxury grand touring vehicle, the Bentley Continental GT. This is the third generation of the unequalled Continental GT which is the epitome of luxury. Described by Bentley as having a bold, sculptured exterior design and innovative luxurious interior, this unrivalled Grand Touring car offers true Bentley fans real refinement.
Designed, engineered and handcrafted in Britain this popular car combines natural materials and cutting-edge technology to surpass its predecessors.

The beating heart of the new Bentley Continental GT is an all-new, enhanced version of Bentley’s renowned 6.0-litre, twin-turbocharged W12 TSI engine, mated, for the first time, to a dual-clutch eight-speed transmission which results in faster, more efficient gear changes.
Other changes includes a new adaptive chassis which is technically advanced and uses Bentley’s intelligent 48-volt Dynamic Ride System to create a responsive drive and extraordinary handling on the road. The new system controls ride comfort and lateral roll, cushioning passengers from excessive movement as well as making the car feel effortlessly precise.
The exterior design is strong and has been crafted by using advanced technology to result in a light but rigid form. The engine has been moved further back which helps achieve a driver-focused and compelling performance.
The Bentley Continental GT comes with 4 seats and more space for luggage, making it more versatile without compromising on the luxury refinement it is renowned for. The cabin is classy, as you would expect, featuring a new ‘diamond in diamond’ leather design.
Bentley has also applied considerable development in their application of exclusive technology. An advanced, fully digital, driver-focused instrument panel and Bentley Rotating Display for the driver are included in the array of impressive innovations. The display features an imposing 12.3” touchscreen placed elegantly in a three-sided unit, which rotates the veneer to expose the touchscreen as well as three elegant analogue dials.
Bentley have kept the modern luxury driver in mind when developing and crafting the interior of the Continental GT. Exquisite attention to detail that constructs a seamless experience is matched in achievement by cutting-edge on board technology. Bentley describes the result as “an exquisite, harmonised, connected and luxurious space.”
