Ever thought that looking at cars was thirsty work? If you’re based in Hong Kong then Mercedes has just what you’re looking for: a bar and restaurant combined with a car showroom and gallery space.
Located in the Central part of Hong Kong, the Mercedes Me store greets visitors with a special automobile presentation area and offers the opportunity for them to have a special consultation before they proceed into the bar and dining area. Beyond the cars is a dining area, operated by Hong Kong restaurant group Maximal Concepts. The menu draws from Spanish, Japanese and Peruvian influences, and dishes include: - Sea urchin with fig, nori cracker, oyster leaf and ponzu - Hamachi tiradito with habanero, mango, and spring onion - Fresh burrata with tomato, cherry, black sesame and lavender - Tiger prawn shiso roll with yuzu kosho pesto - Chicken empanada with spicy pico de gallo Cocktails have a Japanese influence, and their rather extensive list features a number of well-known classics such as the Pisco sour, as well as innovations. The store reflects the glamour of the Mercedes brand, and as well as offering a unique culinary experience at breakfast, lunch and dinner, the store will also host special events such as F1 race screenings, art exhibitions, and fashion shows.
