It was always going to be difficult for whoever stepped into Jeremy Clarkson's enormous shoes as presenter of Top Gear. Yet few could have perhaps predicted quite how rough the ride would be for carrot-topped presenter Chris Evans, whose misfortunes have been continually making headlines.For starters, the atmosphere on set has reportedly been tense, with members of staff walking out and even Evans commenting that his first few days were a 'baptism of fire'.
The Fast and Furious franchise has to be one of the great guilty pleasures for petrol heads, and every new film is heralded by a swarm of rumours about everything from locations to which cars will feature. Given Paul Walker's untimely death, the rumours have been plentiful already, with the question on everyone's lips being whether or not Furious 8 will go ahead.
